Physician Services Market Director in Ottumwa IA Responsibilities:
As a Physician Services Market Director in Ottumwa, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the operational and strategic direction of multiple physician practices. - Strategic Leadership & Operational Oversight – Provide visionary leadership and day-to-day operational management for physician practices, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively while aligning with overall healthcare system goals.
- Business Strategy & Growth – Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at expanding services, improving patient care, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Staff Development – Lead, mentor, and support Practice Administrators and Practice Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
- Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure that all physician practices comply with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, as well as internal policies and industry best practices.
- Financial Management & Budgeting – Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures to drive fiscal responsibility and operational success across all assigned practices.
- Process Improvement & Patient Care Enhancement – Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance patient satisfaction, and improve overall healthcare service delivery.
- Liaison Between Key Stakeholders – Serve as the primary point of contact between physicians, practice staff, hospital leadership, and external partners, ensuring strong communication, alignment of goals, and operational synergy.
Requirements:
