Position Overview:

We are partnering with a well-established physical therapy clinic in Worcester, MA, seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate their physical conditions and needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Guide patients through exercises, stretches, and therapeutic techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercises, and overall wellness
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Massachusetts
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented approach to patient care
