We are partnering with a well-regarded practice in Stamford, CT, and are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills
• Educate patients and families on strategies for effective communication
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Follow safety, infection control, and clinical protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Therapist License in the state of Connecticut
• Previous experience in speech therapy is preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
