Weekly gross compensation ranges from $3,250 to $3,325 for 36-hour schedules and $3,700 to $3,850 for 40-hour schedules. As an Operating Room RN Travel Nurse your responsibilities include:

• Prepare operating rooms before surgical procedures.
• Verify patient identity, procedure, and surgical site.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases.

• Monitor patient safety before, during, and after surgery.

Compensation

The package includes taxable wages and a weekly housing and meal stipend for eligible travelers.

• Weekly Gross: $3,700 – $3,850

The package includes taxable wages and a weekly housing and meal stipend for eligible travelers.

Non-taxable stipend eligibility depends on the traveler’s individual circumstances and applicable tax rules. Final compensation is confirmed before acceptance based on the selected opening and candidate eligibility.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Required Clinical Experience

The Operating Room RN Travel Nurse in Lancaster, CA must demonstrate recent experience with:

• Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma surgery
